It's just another day that begins with singing birds and deep breathe. We wish such ordinary but pleasant life would continue in our society. We concern global environmental issues in every activities. Returning the gift from nature back to nature at its original condition, this is our motto. We have acquired the certificate of international standard ISO 14001 in January 2001 and have established the promising system for the environmental management. Also we have participated in SAINOKUNI Eco-Up Declaration, a movement based on Environmental Regulations of Saitama prefecture, since Fall 2002, and have set up specific targets to reduce CO2 and other wastes.

ULCOAT acquired the certificate ISO1400, the international standards for the environment in January 2001, We take the environment into consideration in all the business activities, and contribute to a society through our products. Also we comply with laws and other request particularly we consent on environment protection and strive to conserve the environment by setting a goal to reduce environment load.

Total Management

For efficient environment management system, we set up Quality and Environmental Committee in which company's environmental issues are regularly reviewed and discussed by managers.

Action

Each Department sets its own project based on company's overall environmental plan and works to achieve year goal. Such projects include the activities that reduce the vicious environmental effects and the activities that has beneficial environmental effects.

Staff

Our Specialized Environmental Section works as an environmental council. It reviews and plans out the projects to improve the environmental performance. We also have certified Internal auditor who periodically monitors the environmental management system.
