We are a member of the ULVAC Inc. group, one of the world's largest vacuum equipment manufacturers in the world (listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market), and a joint venture between ULVAC Inc. and Inabata & Co., Ltd., a major chemical trading company (also listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market). Established in 1979 in Chichibu city, Saitama prefecture, after spinning off from ULVAC\u2019s coating division, which succeeded in developing the world's first mask blanks in 1970.<\/p>\n\t\t

We are one of the few companies in the world that is a comprehensive manufacturer of mask blanks, which are essential materials for semiconductor and flat panel display production, capable of integrated production from glass material processing to the finished mask blanks. <\/p>\n\t\t

Leveraging the advanced and unique research and development technologies of our shareholders, ULVAC and Inabata & Co., Ltd., as well as the group's global and diverse network, we provide high-quality mask blanks and services to customers across Asia, U.S., and Europe.<\/p>\n\t\t
