• By train (Seibu Railway Link, Chichibu Railway link)
  From the Tokyo area to the Seibu Chichibu Station it will take approximately 85 minutes by express "Red Arrow." By the local express of the Seibu Chichibu Line, it will take approximately 2 hours.
  
• Car use than Kan-etsu Expressway
  Drive using Kan-etsu expressway
  On Kan-etsu express way- Exit towards Rt.140 Chichibu direction at "Hanazono" interchange. On Rt.140- exit at "Yorii Minano Bypass" (final exit), make right turn at "Wado-Bridge intersection". Then, make Left turn on Chichibu kodama road (#44) to get on Rt.299. Turn right at "Odamaki intersection". Drive straight for about 5 min to Ulcoat.
  
• By car from Tokorozawa, Hanno direction
  Route299, Ueno-cho intersection turn right. Route140 Nakamiyaji the town intersection turn left. Aioi-cho intersection Route299 ogano direction turn right. Route299 Odamaki intersection after passing through the straight ahead about 5 minutes.
